By using JobzonWallah's platform and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing or using our services.

1. Service Nature

JobzonWallah provides recruitment support services, job information access, and career assistance. We are a platform connecting job seekers with employers — we are not an employer ourselves.

2. No Job Guarantee

Subscription fees cover platform access, candidate support, and job information services only. Job placement, salary package, or employment is not guaranteed under any plan.

3. Candidate Responsibility

Candidates must independently verify job details, employer authenticity, offer terms, and company backgrounds before accepting any opportunity. JobzonWallah provides information and support but cannot verify every listing in real-time.

4. Platform Usage

Users agree not to:

• ✗Misuse platform services or access
• ✗Share false or misleading information
• ✗Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity through the platform

5. Subscription Validity

Access duration depends on the selected plan — 30, 60, or 90 days for candidate plans. Services expire automatically after the validity period ends. Expired plans cannot be extended without a new subscription.

6. Modification of Services

JobzonWallah reserves the right to update services, features, or pricing without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Liability Limitation

JobzonWallah is not responsible for employer decisions, hiring outcomes, salary negotiations, third-party actions, or any losses arising from opportunities discovered through the platform.
