Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All subscription fees are charged for digital services and platform access. Therefore, fees are generally non-refundable once services are activated.
2. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- →Payment was deducted multiple times for the same subscription
- →Technical issues prevented service activation
- →Verified billing error occurred on our platform
3. Refund Request Timeline
All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment along with valid proof of the issue (screenshots, transaction ID, error messages).
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- ✗Change of mind after service activation
- ✗Job not secured during the subscription period
- ✗Partial usage of platform services
- ✗Expired subscription validity period
